Observe the Grain cautions! You will have alcohol vapors all over the place, don't try to do this over a gas stove. Dissolve flavored Jello, unflavored gelatin, and sugar in boiling water in a large bowl. Once all of the solids are dissolved add the grain alcohol and stir quickly. (be careful not to inhale the vapors) Pour the resulting misture into a square pan and cover it with plastic wrap. Place in the freezer for a few minutes to quickly cool, then move to the refrigerator to allow it to set. Be careful when consuming, if the alcohol does not evaporate it should be around 35% alcohol or 70 proof. |
