Simon, the motto was(is?):

"Para Poulez Karpatsis" (in greek letters, of course)

which translates to:

"too many headbreakers"

where `headbreaker' can be either, a blow to the head
as is sometimes dealt to a person who is mis-behaving,
or a difficult problem.
