Phantoms in the Park
The Best Haunted House in the 'Burgh
Opened 1992 - Closed 2003
Phantoms in the Park began in 1992 and through the years had gained
the reputation as the best haunted house in the 'Burgh. Every year we
tried to outdo ourselves, always expanding and changing the house to
make it the best that it could possibly be. We were open at the site
that was formerly Sully's Pool, and that is now occupied by Hundred Acres Manor.
We began to donate our proceeds to the Make-A-Wish Foundation back
in 1992 and through the 2002 season we are proud to have provided over
$1,300,000 to help them to make childrens' wishes come true. We
continued to donate our proceeds to Make-A-Wish through our last
season in 2003. It was a lot of fun helping out a worthwhile
organization, but eventually it becomes time to move on to other
things, and Phantoms in the Park closed its doors for the last time on
Halloween, 2003.

houses in the Pittsburgh area.
