There are still several gaps in this list although the longest one is
now down to about 2 years.  Many of these names come from the person
signing membership applications as President (or Grand Master in the
1930s) which may or may not have been correct, other names come from
the minutes, and from about 1980 onward the names are based on a
combination of the minutes and what people remember.
