National Anthem

The national anthem of Austria is "Land der Berge, Land am Strome" which translates into English as either "Land of Mountains, Land of Streams" or "Land of Mountains, Land on the River". The lyrics were written by Paula von Preradovic, and it is set to the melody from a masonic cantata (K 623a) by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.
